The Challenge

Before working with RedCore Digital, ModuleCo Healthcare’s website did not reflect the scale or sophistication of their projects. It failed to generate meaningful traffic or enquiries, limiting the brand’s digital visibility in a highly competitive sector.

Despite being well-established in healthcare construction, ModuleCo Healthcare’s online presence was not contributing to their business development efforts.

Their previous site lacked optimisation, search visibility, and conversion opportunities. It acted more as a static brochure than a sales tool and had never generated a single qualified enquiry before our involvement.

Our Approach

Starting in December 2024, we implemented a full SEO workflow to rebuild their digital foundation from the ground up.

Key steps included:

  • SEO Strategy and Keyword Mapping: Identified high-intent search terms used by healthcare estates teams, procurement officers, and clinical decision-makers.

  • Content Creation: Rewrote and restructured every page to align with user intent, compliance requirements, and industry language, ensuring each piece of content performed for both users and search engines.

  • Technical SEO and Website Build: We briefed, mapped, built, and launched a fully SEO-optimised website on 1st April 2025, improving site speed, structure, and crawlability.

  • Post-Launch Optimisation: Through the follow-up workflow (July to September), we expanded key pages, refined meta data, and strengthened topical authority to maintain growth.

Since the launch of the new website, ModuleCo Healthcare has achieved measurable growth across all key performance metrics:

  • +77% increase in Search Visibility

  • +48.6% increase in Organic Sessions

  • +1,669% increase in Organic Clicks (49 → 867)
