Building Better Foundations With RedCore Digital

With the level of competition in the construction industry, Northern Scaffolding needed to show how they work better than they were. We went back to the basics with a complete website redesign. This included migrating from a custom platform to WordPress to give the Northern Scaffolding team full control over the backend for flexibility on-site.

Alongside the design overhaul, we implemented a CRO strategy to streamline the conversion funnel. The contact form was repositioned for easier access, and user journeys were refined to help potential clients find what they need with fewer clicks.

The Problem

Northern Scaffolding’s website was outdated and difficult to manage. The custom-built platform limited their ability to make updates, leaving the site stagnant and unresponsive to business needs. 

Navigation was confusing, with a poor structure that made it hard for users to find key service information. The site struggled to convert visitors. The contact form was hidden away, the user journey lacked focus, and there was no clear path to enquiry. Technical issues were also affecting search visibility, meaning the site wasn’t being found as often as it should.

Without any CRO strategy in place, potential leads were dropping off before taking action.
